This is the story of the Endangerment findings, from the 1960s to now. After years of battle between states, advocacy groups, and the federal government itself, change was finally enacted in 2009. 

The EPA was forced to reckon with the dangers greenhouse gases posed to the environment by actively taking regulatory efforts against emissions.

And now, our air is under attack once again.
